1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 7SKYSTAY platform (website, booking system, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. By completing a booking you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with all house rules provided at booking.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties.
- Unauthorised parties or events are not permitted.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable fees. City tax (AED 15/night) and VAT (5%) are applied at checkout. Payment must be made in full before the stay begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
7SKYSTAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
